Marinaccio jewelers is a family owned jewelry store where we create, sell, and service fine jewelry. The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made on
www.marinacciojewelers.com and use of this site constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions below. Use of this site means the customer accepts all terms.
Sales and Shipping
Marinaccio Jewelers only sells in-stock products online. A piece can be shipped out the next business day unless the customer makes a request for an alteration.
Marinaccio Jewelers retains the right of refusal of sale or service for any reason.
You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases You make either by credit or debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means
acceptable to Marinaccio Jewelers. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from Your credit or debit card issuer or its
agents, you agree to pay all amounts upon demand by us.
Pricing
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. However, if a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to
refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds will be given if the piece is shipped back to us within 14 days of the item being received. Electronic refunds will be made to the original source only.
No refund will be given on jewelry that is worn or altered, and/or special orders; this includes resizing of our rings prior to and after delivery.
All returns must be made via USPS registered mail or UPS/FedEx but must be insured for its sale value at customer’s expense. The delivery method used
must require a signature upon receipt.
Marinaccio Jewelers is not responsible for stolen or lost merchandise during the return process.
Marinaccio Jewelers is not responsible for jewelry once it is delivered, but if a problem or defect is found we may offer a repair, refund, or exchange at our sole discretion.
Photography
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented
at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
